I want to take this time to tell you just how much I appreciated my first experience with your company and team. The night I received my help from AAA dispatch, I met your driver DT.

He was very helpful and caring to my situation; being so late at night and I was on my walker moving slowly with pain. I had just come out of my PT down the street when my car stopped. I had a knee replacement and I am still healing from it, so I was hurting when DT arrived to help me.

I appreciate all of the information he shared with me and the choices that you offered for my situation. I also appreciate the services of a ride to my daughter's home, a safe place for my car to be kept until morning. And I appreciate your auto service shop. Jose kept me informed of my car, the AAA member discount, and cleaning of my car and windows when I received my car back.
